Be it modernized interiors with indoor trees that grow through the open roof or outdoor bathrooms where guests can stargaze while soaking in a tub; there is a sense of oneness with nature here no matter where you look. Even rooms at the villa bear names like Kohomba, Sepalika, Sooriya, Kurundu, and Mai Mara after trees that are found in the garden.

Whole Villa Rates

* Rates for the whole villa is for 16 People

Rates include Daily breakfast, tea and coffee.

Rates do not include 10% Service charge

Extra bed USD 35 including breakfast (Subject to availability)

CHILD POLICY

We are a child friendly property and we welcome all ages of children

Children upto 6 years sharing parents bed US $ 5 net including breakfast

Children between 6-12 years sharing parents bed US $ 10 net including breakfast

Children 12 years and above are considered adults

PAYMENT

The booking is confirmed after receiving a refundable deposit of 50% of the booking amount

Balance to be paid before 21 days of arrival

For reservations made between 1st December and 15th January (Both days inclusive), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for confirmation of the booking and balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation received before 14 days prior to arrival will be free of charge.

Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation.
